Now the updated and upgraded E-flite Night Timber X Evolution 1.2m adds the most requested features including a top-mounted hatch for easier and faster battery changes, stronger main landing gear mounts and heavy-duty springs, combined connectors for simpler wing installation and removal, plus many more to make it more durable, convenient, and capable than ever. That makes it a perfect choice for intermediate to experienced pilots looking for a unique blend of STOL, aerobatic, and night flying capabilities you can’t get with any other model!

The E-flite Timber X 1.2m unleashed a new era of STOL plus 3D and aerobatic capability. Based on the extremely popular Timber 1.5m models but featuring a different wing design and oversized control surfaces, it offered an even wider flight envelope to deliver a truly "mild to wild" flying experience. In addition to the standard LED landing, navigation, and strobe lights, the Night Timber X Evolution 1.2m adds integrated high-visibility LED lights throughout the airframe that make it possible to fly pretty much any time – day OR night! It also features many updates and upgrades compared to the original Night Timber X including a top hatch for faster, easier battery changes, plus combined connectors for simpler wing installation and removal. Strengthened landing gear mounts, along with heavier-duty springs similar to the Twin Timber 1.6m, improve the durability and STOL capability when flying from rough terrain.
