The Seagull P-47 Thunderbolt, Tarheel Hal (SEA398G) is a 1.78m (70in) ARTF warbird finished in genuine Oracover and supplied with factory electric main and tail retracts. Built from lightweight balsa and ply with a faithful scale profile and 356th Fighter Squadron markings, it combines standout realism with practical assembly and superb flying characteristics. Suitable for petrol, glow or electric power, it also includes hardware for an EP conversion to streamline electric setups.
Attention to detail is everywhere: flaps, working navigation lights, bombs and drop tank, dummy radial, gun details, aerial mast, undercarriage covers and doors, plus a fully detailed cockpit beneath a crystal-clear canopy.
